Who we are
A digital health venture with a patient-first focus
JUBISOFT LTD is a company registered in the United Kingdom. Its digital health initiative, Jubi CardioCare, focuses initially on cardiovascular health education and clinician-supported information. The aim is to make useful information more accessible without replacing a patient's own doctor or care team.
We recognise that people managing heart conditions may have questions about symptoms, everyday activities, medicines, lifestyle changes and follow-up care. Our product direction is to organise information in a way that is approachable, practical and designed around patients' needs.

Future monitoring and AI
Longer-term plans include exploring patient-reported monitoring and AI-supported insights. These are development goals, not claims that a clinically validated predictive system is currently available.
Clinical decision-support or predictive features, if developed, will require appropriate evaluation and compliance with applicable UK requirements before being presented for clinical use.
